Don’t Waste My Time

I’ve been dealing with quite a few customer service systems recently and I have one thought:
If you’re not going to actually serve me, if you’re not going to help me; then don’t waste my time.
We’ve all had those moments, when you honestly need help/a break/an understanding ear, and you hear the company line. Or worse, an automated system that terminates into an infinite loop.
I’m looking directly at you Chase and AES.
