Science v. Religion (sort of)

Evolution is the idea that life as we know it came from the same “stuff” millions of years ago. Creation is the idea that God created everything.
Today the current thought is that the two exist as contrary to each other. And radicals on both sides seek to destroy each other. They don’t seek the truth or facts, but the eradication of the other side. Neither is scientific nor theologically sound in that respect.
Allow me to propose a third option; one which has deep implications.
Both theories show how truly connected we are to the world around us. In evolutionary terms we’re connected in both our origins and in most of our genetic material. In theologic terms, we’re a part of a lovingly created universe where everything has a purpose and place.
